Studio Policies.

Welcome to the fine print – but don’t worry, we’ve kept it simple, transparent, and totally unboring.

By booking an appointment, placing an order or purchasing a piece from The Fuse Studio, you agree to the following terms. If something’s unclear, hit us up. We’re here to keep things fair and sparkly.

Deposits & Bookings

  • All permanent jewellery appointments require a $50 deposit to secure your spot.

  • Custom orders require a $100 deposit.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new appointment time if you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

Once It’s Cut, It’s Yours

  • Once a chain is measured and cut (whether for welding or a clasped custom order), it is considered a final sale.

  • Why? Because we cut every piece to your measurements. Once it’s snipped, we can’t reuse or resell it. So please choose carefully – we’ll help guide you if you’re unsure!

Warranty

We’re confident in the quality of our work – but just in case, here’s what we offer:

  • Chains: 14-day warranty from date of appointment or delivery.
Covers manufacturing defects – not tug-of-war mishaps or poolside chaos.

  • Welds: 12-month warranty from date of appointment.
If your weld fails due to a materials or workmanship issue, we’ll re-weld it free of charge. If it fails because you snagged it on your gym bag? We can fix it for a small fee.

Need a Repair or Re-Weld?

Things happen. If your chain needs some love outside of warranty, we’re happy to help – repairs and re-welds are available for a small fee. Just shoot us a message and we’ll sort you out.

Communication & Consent

You’ll be sent a virtual consent form when booking your permanent jewellery appointment. It must be completed before your session – no form, no zap.

We use your contact info for appointment reminders and important updates – no spam, no nonsense.

Location & Safety

Appointments are held in our private studio in Gelorup or at selected pop-up locations. Exact addresses are shared after booking. Safety is our top priority – all welding is performed with protective equipment and professional-grade tools.

Respect Always

The Fuse Studio is an inclusive, safe, and welcoming space. Disrespectful behaviour towards our team or other clients will not be tolerated.

We also respectfully acknowledge the Wardandi Noongar people as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we create, work and sparkle. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.
