Hey babe, we know you love to live your best life - swim, shower, have a dance party – your piece can handle it. But saltwater and chlorine still aren’t your jewellery’s bestie and please handle with care. Rinse after dips, dry gently, and maybe don’t wrestle a crocodile while wearing it.
Perfume, mosituriser, tans and serums - they come and go. Your Fuse pieces? They're forever. Permanent pieces live on your skin. So think of them as the finishing touch that never fades. Beauty routines may change, but your sparkle doesn't. Try to avoid spraying or applying products directly where your permanent jewellery sits - it keeps your pieces shining brighter for longer.
We give you one for a reason. Give your piece a little love now and then to keep it looking sharp. A soft rub is all it needs – this isn’t a footy boot clean.
If your piece gets extra dirty we also offer ultrasonic cleaning in studio - just ask me!
We understand that there may be circumstances where you may need to break up (briefly) with your permanent jewellery, (for example for surgery or medical imaging like MRI). We can provide you with a video demonstrating how to safely remove your jewellery if this situation arises.

What’s 14k Gold Fill?

Gold-fill jewellery features a thick layer, usually 5% of the total weight, of 14K gold bonded to a base metal (brass). It creates a rich, durable finish that resists tarnishing and is designed for everyday wear. It’s water-resistant and keeps its shine for years. To care for it, gently polish with a soft cloth and avoid exposure to perfumes, detergents, and skincare.
What is .925 Sterling Silver?

Sterling silver is made from 92.5% pure silver and is naturally waterproof. It’s hypoallergenic and perfect for sensitive skin. With proper care, it keeps its sparkle and withstands daily exposure to water like a champ.
How long does it last?

With proper care, your jewellery can last for years without the high cost of solid gold. Just treat it kindly and it’ll return the favour.
Does it hurt?

Not at all! The zap is quick (just 5 seconds) and completely painless. We use level 5 welding glasses to protect your eyes and a genuine leather patch to protect your skin at the weld site.
Do you use Argon in the welding process?

Yes, we sure do! Argon is used as a shielding gas to give you the strongest, cleanest weld possible—so your permanent jewellery truly lives up to its name.
